I have been driving manual vehicles (including heavy rigid trucks and buses) for over 50 years and I have been a manual Driver Instructor for 14 years. Within this time frame, rules and road conditions have changed over the years. Students need to be vigilant with their own driving as well as other drivers on the road.
It’s important to pass your driving test but it is more important to be a consistently safe driver carrying skills you have learned into the future, not just for the purpose of your driving exam
